Who it is for

Who a restaurant website
is built for.

01 Independent restaurants and cafés

Your menu is a PDF from 2022 and half your orders pay a delivery app commission.

02 Small restaurant groups

Several locations, menus and opening hours that must stay right everywhere.

03 Bars, bakeries and coffee shops

Events, pre-orders and pickup that guests want to do from their phone.

04 Caterers and ghost kitchens

Online ordering is the whole business, so the site must sell.

The problem

Why restaurants pay twice
for the same guest.

Guests check online before they come, more of them order from their phones — and delivery apps charge for every order.

01 15–30%

commission on delivery orders on DoorDash plans (Basic, Plus, Premier); 6% on pickup.

02 ~75%

of all restaurant traffic now happens off-premises — takeout, delivery and drive-thru.

03 57%

of adults recently ordered food on a phone, including 74% of millennials.

04 83%

of diners always (32%) or sometimes (51%) check a restaurant’s website before visiting.

05 26%

of diners would not consider a restaurant rated below 3 stars; 46% check Google reviews first.

What is a restaurant website?

A restaurant website shows the menu in a second on a phone, takes table bookings and sells pickup and delivery orders on your own domain — paid online and sent straight to the kitchen. Opening hours, specials and every location stay up to date from one admin.

Most diners check a restaurant online before they come, off-premises orders now make up most restaurant traffic, and delivery apps charge up to 30% per order. Every order your regulars place on your own site is an order you keep in full.

What changes for your restaurant

Fewer phone orders and mistakes, more direct orders without a commission, fewer no-shows and a list of regulars you can invite back yourself.

FAQ

Restaurant website questions
we hear every time.

Do we still need delivery apps?

They are good for reach. Your own ordering is for the guests who already know you — regulars, locals and people who found you on Maps — so those orders come without a commission.

Can we update the menu ourselves?

Yes. Dishes, prices, photos, allergens and specials are fields in the admin; changes appear at once on the site and the ordering page.

Does online ordering connect to our POS?

Where the POS has an integration — Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed and others — orders go straight in; otherwise to a kitchen printer or tablet.

Can guests book a table on the site?

Yes, with your booking system or a simple one we set up, with reminders to reduce no-shows.

Will it be fast on a phone?

Yes. Most guests open the site on a phone, so the menu is built to load in about a second, not as a PDF.
