We build automations

Workflows that connect your tools and erase the busywork — built on n8n, Python, and the stack you already use.

What we automate

If it happens twice,
it shouldn’t need you.

Integrations

Your CRM, email, spreadsheets, and chat finally talking to each other — no copy-paste in between.

  • n8n & custom Python glue
  • CRMs, ERPs, Google Workspace
  • Webhooks & internal APIs

Bots

Telegram and Slack bots that take orders, answer questions, and route requests to the right person.

  • Order & booking bots
  • Internal helpdesk bots
  • Approval flows in chat

Document pipelines

Invoices, applications, and reports that read themselves, file themselves, and flag what matters.

  • AI extraction from PDFs & scans
  • Auto-matching & validation
  • Self-assembling reports

HOW TO USE THIS LOGBOOK
  1. One flight per line. Never combine sectors on a single row.
  2. Log block time — off the blocks to on the blocks. Day plus night must equal the total.
  3. Category and class: ASEL, AMEL, ASES, AMES, RH, GL. Enter the aircraft as flown.
  4. Instrument time counts only for the hooded or actual IMC portion, with the approach count.
  5. Cross-country is a landing more than 50 nm from the point of departure.
  6. Corrections: strike through once, initial, and enter the corrected line beneath.
  7. Total every page, carry the amount forward, and re-total to date.
  8. Endorsements: the instructor signs and prints the certificate number and its expiry.

Questions

Before you ask.

Where do we start?

With your most annoying task. We map one process, automate it end-to-end in 2–4 weeks, and you judge the results before we touch anything else.

Will it break when a tool updates?

Workflows run with monitoring and alerts; if a step fails, you and we know within minutes. Support plans include fixes for API changes.

Can automations use local AI?

Yes — that’s our favorite combination. Document parsing, classification, and drafting run on your own model, so automated data never leaves your infrastructure.

Do we need developers on our side?

No. We build, document, and maintain. If you have a team, we hand over clean, commented workflows they can extend.
