Who it is for

Who a medical website
is built for.

01 Private practices and clinics

Phones ring all day for bookings, directions and prices the site should answer.

02 Dental, dermatology and physio

Patients compare providers by reviews and book where it is easiest.

03 Specialists and surgeons

Referred patients still check you online before they commit.

04 Group practices

Several doctors, locations and schedules that must stay correct everywhere.

The problem

Why patients choose
another clinic.

Patients read reviews, research on their phones and book when the office is closed.

01 83%

of patients go online to read reviews about a provider after they receive a referral.

02 84%

would not see their referred provider if the rating were below four stars.

03 60%

of millennials and Gen Z prefer researching healthcare providers on a smartphone or tablet; 44% of boomers do.

04 42%

of online bookings were made when the office was closed; 68% of them on a mobile phone.

05 65%

of people in the US were offered and used online access to their medical records in 2024.

What is website development for doctors?

A website for doctors and clinics helps patients choose you and book without calling: doctor profiles with qualifications and reviews, clear service pages with preparation and prices, and online booking connected to your schedule. Reminders and directions go out automatically, and patient data stays out of ordinary email.

Patients read reviews even after a referral, research providers on their phones and often book when the office is closed. A clinic that is easy to trust and easy to book online gets those patients.

What changes for your clinic

More booked appointments, fewer phone calls and no-shows, and a front desk that has time for the patients in the room.

FAQ

Medical website questions
clinics ask first.

Is the site HIPAA or GDPR compliant?

The website itself does not store medical records. Bookings go through your practice software, forms never ask for diagnoses, and we use services that sign data agreements where required.

Can patients book online?

Yes — through your current scheduling system if it has online booking, or through Zocdoc, NexHealth, Jane or another tool we connect.

Can we show prices?

Yes, and patients appreciate it. We set up service pages with prices or ranges where your rules allow.

Will it be accessible?

We build to WCAG guidelines: readable text, contrast, keyboard navigation and screen-reader labels, important for older patients.

Can we update doctors and schedules ourselves?

Yes. Doctors, services and locations are fields in the admin; schedules come from your booking system.
