Who it is for

Who lead generation automation
is built for.

01 Owners of service businesses

Agencies, B2B services, contractors, clinics and law firms that need a steady flow of enquiries without hiring an SDR.

02 Sales leaders and sales ops

Ten to two hundred people, a pipeline that depends on how much time reps find for prospecting.

03 Marketing and growth leads

You own the MQL number, and the handover to sales still happens in a spreadsheet.

04 Early-stage founders

You do the outreach yourself, in the evenings, from a list you built by hand.

The problem

Why manual lead generation
costs more than it looks.

What is lead generation automation?

Lead generation automation replaces the manual path from a target list to a first conversation — search for companies, copy names into a sheet, hunt for an email, read the website, write a message, remember the follow-up, log it in the CRM — with a workflow that does the routine steps on its own. In most outbound work the hours do not go to selling but to moving data between tabs, which is why reps report spending only around 40% of their week actually selling.

We build automated lead generation as a workflow around the tools you already have rather than a new platform. Wireclad connects your data sources, email tools and CRM with n8n and APIs, and adds a language model where something has to be read or written: scoring a company against your ICP, writing a brief for the rep, drafting a first email, classifying a reply. Inbound leads are answered within a minute with a booking link; outbound batches are spot-checked by a person before they leave.

What changes when you automate lead generation

Response time drops from days to minutes, every lead reaches the CRM with a brief instead of a bare email, and follow-ups stop depending on memory. Your team keeps the offer, the tone and every warm conversation; lead automation handles the research and the routing. The weekly report shows leads, replies and meetings by source, so you can see what works without promising numbers the list has not earned.

Find & enrich
01Trigger

Weekly ICP search

Runs on a schedule with your ICP — industry, size, region, job titles — or the moment a new inbound lead arrives.

02HTTP

Pull companies

Queries Google Places, Apollo and your chosen directories for companies that fit; results land in one table.

03Code

Dedupe against CRM

Drops companies already in HubSpot or Pipedrive, in an open sequence or on your do-not-contact list.

04HTTP

Enrich contacts

Finds the decision maker, email and phone via Apollo, Hunter or Clay; emails are verified with NeverBounce or ZeroBounce first.

05Model call

Score the fit

A language model reads the company website and form answers, scores it against your ICP and writes a three-line brief into the CRM card.

Write & send
06IF

Above threshold?

Leads under your score cut-off are parked in a nurture list; the rest go on to outreach.

07Model call

Draft first email

Writes the opening line and a short pitch from the site, LinkedIn and recent news — in your tone, from your own examples.

08Set

Spot-check batch

Each batch waits for a quick human look at a sample before sending; your edits feed back into the prompt.

09HTTP

Send the sequence

Hands the lead to Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or Gmail with your follow-up cadence and daily sending limits.

Reply & route
10Trigger

Reply detected

A reply, bounce or out-of-office in Gmail or the sending tool starts the routing run and stops the sequence.

11Model call

Classify the reply

Interested, not now, wrong person, out of office or unsubscribe — each gets its own path.

12IF

Interested?

Warm replies create a deal, a Slack alert and a task with a deadline for the rep; “later” replies get a reminder in a few weeks.

13Code

Inbound in 60 seconds

A new form or chat lead gets an instant reply with a Calendly link, and the rep is pinged — day or night.

14Code

Weekly source report

Leads, replies, meetings and pipeline by source, delivered to Slack on Monday morning.

How we work

How a lead generation automation project
runs, week by week.

Week 1Audit

We map the process as it runs today, count the minutes and agree what the flow must never do on its own.

Weeks 2–3Prototype

A working flow on your real data, in a sandbox. You see every run and every exception.

Weeks 3–6Launch

Edge cases, approvals and alerts, then the switch-over — with the old way kept as a fallback.

AfterSupport

Monitoring, fixes when a vendor changes a format, and a monthly report of hours saved.

FAQ

Lead automation questions
we hear every time.

How many leads a month can automated lead generation realistically produce?

It depends on the size of your ICP and the channels you allow, not on the software. The flow can research and write for hundreds of companies a week; reply and meeting rates are set by your offer and list quality, which is why the weekly report shows both from day one.

Will our emails end up in spam and damage our domain?

Outreach runs from separate sending domains that are warmed up first, with daily limits, verified addresses only and one-click unsubscribe. Your main domain is never used for cold email, and bounce and complaint rates are watched in the same report.

Will the AI send emails in our name without anyone checking?

Not unless you decide so. Every batch is held for a spot-check of a sample, your edits go back into the prompt, and warm replies are always answered by a person. Fully automatic sending is an option you switch on later, for the templates you trust.

Can lead automation work with our current CRM?

Yes — HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce through their APIs, and most others with a webhook or a sheet. Contacts, source, score, the brief and the full thread land in the card you already use.

Is it legal to collect and use this data under CAN-SPAM and GDPR?

B2B outreach is legal in most markets when you use business contact data, state who you are, give an easy opt-out and honour it. The flow enforces the opt-out list and suppressions; which regions and data vendors you use is a decision we make with you before launch.

How fast will the system answer inbound leads?

Within about a minute, around the clock: the lead gets a reply with a booking link, and the rep gets a Slack or SMS alert with the brief. Response time is tracked, because that is the number the research says matters most.

Who maintains the automation after launch?

The workflows run on your own n8n instance and belong to you. We document every node, hand over the prompts and offer a support arrangement for API changes and new channels, but you are never locked in.
